Production usually takes 1–3 working days. Each item is handmade, so times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Can I return personalised items

Because each item is custom-made, personalised orders can’t be returned unless there is a fault or error on my side. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll put it right.

What happens if my photo is low quality

If your photo isn’t suitable for printing, I’ll contact you before making your order. I’ll let you know what the issue is and ask for a clearer image so your product turns out beautifully.
